Casa Venezuela offers a choice of three rooms for our guests:
The Studio with its separate entrance on the main floor offers a king size bed. The Green room has a queen size bed and is also on the main floor with a bathtub. The Two Bedroom Suite on the second floor has a queen size bed and single bed with a private bath. All rooms have luxurious linens,fluffy towels,spa robes,hair dryers, and TV-DVD players.
All bedrooms and interior rooms are non-smoking, guests may feel free to smoke on any of our three terrazzas.

For one or two guests, room rates are as above per night. Additional guests will be $15.00 USD/night.

Deposits and Refund Policy:
To secure your reservation, a refundable deposit of a one night's stay is required at the time of the confirmation of booking via Paypal(see button below).For stays of three days or longer half the stay is required as deposit . If you are unable to make your stay,your deposit can be repaid less a 30% surcharge which requires you to open a free paypal account as I cannot send funds internationally. A gift certificate can be issued in place of a refund that can be used for future stays or transferred to another party. We kindly request that you notify us in advance so that we can attempt to re-rent the room. We do not accept personal checks or travelers checks. We will accept US Dollars or Mexican Pesos for payment of the balance of your stay due upon check-in. We do not provide refunds for early departures.
We do not accept credit cards except for the initial deposit unless full payment is made a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival
Check-in /Check-out and Other Policies:
Check-in time is 2:00 P.M. and Check-out time 12:00 P.M. If early arrival or late check-out is desired, please include this in the special request section on the Contact Us page, we regret that we cannot honor all requests. We understand that due to the nature of aviation and/or bus travel that delays are sometimes inevitable.
You are permitted to bring a guest to the house however, you are solely responsible for their behavior and actions.
We are not responsible for any personal items left in your room. We are also not responsible for natural disasters, acts of terror, war, or insurrection that may cause you or your personal belongings any harm.
